POLICIES: At Fabulosity And Beyond, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our handmade jewelry. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below. Please understand that all sales are final. When receiving your package DO NOT cut open your package with a box cutter in the middle of your package whether the package comes in a box or bubble mailer. We ask this to ensure the quality of your item when shipped remains the same. Returns Eligibility: Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them. Items must be in the original packaging with any tags or labels attached. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective. Time Frame: Please understand that all sales are final. Process: Contact Us: Email us at fabulosityandbeyond@gmail.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Approval: Once we receive your return request, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. Return Shipping: If approved, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Non-Returnable Items: Custom or personalized items Sale or clearance items Gift cards Refunds Eligibility: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 days. Late or Missing Refunds:  If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges Eligibility: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fabulosityandbeyond@gmail.com and send your item to: 2527 Ewing Ave, Hillcrest Heights, MD, 20746. Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you: You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later: We will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return. Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping Info and Delivery Fees: At Fabulosity And Beyond, we strive to provide you with the best possible service and timely delivery of your handmade jewelry. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how we handle shipping and delivery. Processing Time Order Processing: Each piece of jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing and crafting before your item is shipped. Custom Orders: Custom or personalized items may require additional processing time. We will provide an estimated shipping date when you place your order via email based on the kind of order and quantity.  Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates According to USPS (Please Understand that this is Subjective and based in Our Location) Domestic Shipping: $10.80 Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days - $10.40 Express Shipping: 1-3 business days - $49.45 Free Shipping: On orders over $60 Shipping Carriers We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS (Will be updated over time.) Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order using the provided tracking number through the carrier's website. Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship internationally but that will be available soon. Duties, and Taxes Domestic Orders: Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to all states. No International Shipping For The Moment  Shipping Address Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
